Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery times

We currently ship within the United States. Standard US delivery typically takes 5–9 business days after processing; most orders arrive within about a week.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all US orders.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days, please contact us.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, contact our support team and we will make it right.

The FORTIS Set (bundle)

The FORTIS Set is assembled from several specialist warehouses, so it ships in a few separate packages that may arrive on different days. Each package has its own tracking number, sent to your email. If part of your Set arrives before the rest, nothing is missing — the remaining items are on their way.
