We stand behind every FORTIS product. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How to start a return

Reply to your order confirmation email, or contact our support team using the email address listed on your order confirmation. Include your order number and the reason for your return, and we will send return instructions.

Condition

Items should be returned in usable condition. Original packaging is not required. Once we receive your return we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full — in most cases no return is required.
